Ashley McMath Photography is based in Victoria BC and serves couples and families all over Vancouver Island and the BC coast. If you’re planning a session, elopement or wedding somewhere outside of Victoria, I’m happy to travel to you! Here are my current travel fees:
These travel fees are flat-rates based on location. These include accomodations, so there will be no additional costs. Travel fees are due at the time of booking or 6 months in advance of the shoot date. Don’t see your destination listed? I’ll create a custom quote for areas outside of my usual locations.
Capital Regional District: $0
Victoria, Saanich, Sidney, Westshore, Sooke
Southern Vancouver Island: $100
Malahat to Naniamo. Cowichan Valley, Lake Cowichan, Otter Point to Port Renfrew.
Southern Gulf Islands: $150
Salt Spring, Galiano, Mayne, Pender, Saturna, Thetis, Gabriola
Central Vancouver Island: $200
Port Alberni, Parksville, Qualicum, Courtney, Comox, Campbell River
Northern Gulf Islands: $250
Hornby, Denman, Quadra, Cortes
Mount Washington: $250
Northern Vancouver Island: $300
Beyond Campbell River including: Telegraph Cove, Port Hardy, Sointula
Pacific Rim: $300
Tofino, Ucluelet
Lower Mainland: $300
Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley. Vancouver Coastal including: Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, Sunshine Coast, Powell River, Bowen Island, Gambier Island, Savary Island.
Elsewhere in Canada:
I will create a custom quote based on expenses for travel and accommodations.
Outside of Canada:
