February was such a wonderful month for photos that it was overwhelming to try to choose my favourite ones. We had snow in Victoria which is rare and amazing. We also had some sunny days; winter sunshine can be the best light. I was thrilled to be able to do our Narnia Character Shoot on one of the snowy days. I kept up with my Life Captured 365 Project and am loving my black and white documentary portrait gallery over on Instagram @ashleymcmath365.

 

 

Since I’m so behind on posting this I’ll keep it brief and just showcase a few of my favourite shots from February. Most of these were posted on Instagram, but a few are new shares.

 

 

Many of my favourites are from “Snowpocolypse 2017” when we had a few rare days of serious snowfall. Here’s a few I haven’t shared yet:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the snow melted and we finally got sun and temperatures we were capable of standing, we headed to the beach of course.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We also did some adventuring in Mt. Douglas Park.

 

 

 

 

Finally, the month wrapped up with one last snowfall. It was probably the best February ever <3
